One way to study the masters is to copy the masters. This study of Jacques-Louis David’s Napoleon Crossing the Alps was to help refine and transfer the painterly style into the digital work space. This study was produced when the artist was studying at University. The heavily influenced by art history, Gang of Youths’ album Go Farther In Lightness, and lots procrastination of school work.
