The artist wanted to create a scene with a WW2 GM supply truck and use a juxtaposition of a modern day food truck. The model and subject Dan Cueva used to live in Liverpool England for grad school. Having a hispanic heritage, during Dan’s travels in Europe, he found out no one in Europe knows how make tacos and burritos right. Dan and the artist joked that he should start a food truck and liberate the tastebuds all over Europe.
